A SafeTag order consists of two SafeTags - a large one and a small one. For electric bikes, we recommend sticking the small SafeTag to the battery against theft. The large SafeTag can be attached to a visible spot, such as the frame of your bike. For non-electric bikes, the small SafeTag can be placed in an eye-catching spot, such as at the bottom of the steering wheel.
Our SafeTags are strong and tamper-resistant. If they are removed or damaged, your bike remains recognisable via your unique frame number in our BikeVault database. Just like a car and its chassis number, your bike will always be linked to you. In addition, we replace a damaged SafeTag free of charge.
