Activate your SafeTags

To use your SafeTags, they must be activated first. This is how we link your SafeTags to your bike in our register.
Important: activate your SafeTags only if your bike is already registered. Not registered yet? That's possible here.

What do you need for activation?

  • SafeTag ID: It's on the sticker behind “ID:” or in the middle of the SafeTag.
    Consists of 6 characters.
  • Activation code: This code starts with “BB”. This is printed on the sticker sheet.

How does activation work?

  1. Activate the SafeTags in your account: Go to your account.
  2. Get confirmation: When activated successfully, you will see a green success message. Do you see the status of your bike? Then the SafeTag works correctly. Don't you see it? Try again or take contact with us.
  3. Make sure everything works: Scan the QR code on the SafeTag.
  4. Attach your SafeTags to your bike: Stick the SafeTags in a clearly visible place. To do so, follow the instructions provided.
