Activate your SafeTags
To use your SafeTags, they need to be activated first. That links your SafeTags to your bike in our register.
Important: only activate your SafeTags if your bike is already registered. Not registered yet? Register here.
What do you need to activate?
SafeTag ID
Found on the sticker after "ID:" or in the middle of the SafeTag. 6 characters long.
Activation code
Starts with "BB". Printed on the sticker sheet.
How activation works
Activate the SafeTags in your account
Go to your account and pick "Activate SafeTags". Enter the SafeTag ID and activation code.
Receive confirmation
On a successful activation you see a green success message. Can you see the status of your bike? Then the SafeTag works correctly. Stuck? Try again or get in touch.
Check that everything works
Scan the QR code on the SafeTag — you should see the status of your bike.
Stick the SafeTags on your bike
Place the SafeTags somewhere clearly visible. Follow the included instructions.
