The SafeTag Original is BIKEBAZE's flagship yellow anti-theft sticker. This tamper-resistant QR sticker is linked to your bike registration and immediately marks your bike as protected. The bright yellow colour deters thieves: our data shows that bikes with a SafeTag have up to 98% less chance of being stolen.
Each SafeTag has a unique ID and QR code. If your bike gets stolen and scanned, the finder instantly sees the status ("Stolen") and can contact you. You also receive the scan location, which significantly increases the chance of recovery.
A visible, smart and effective deterrent — easy to install yourself.
Good to know: a SafeTag is not linked to a bike or person at purchase. Each tag has a unique code that you link to a registered bike after purchase — on your own account or someone else's. That means a family pack can be shared across multiple people — for example with your family or a group of friends.

Activate the SafeTags from your account.

Stick the SafeTags: clean the surface and remove any grease. Attach the large sticker visibly to your frame and the small one to your battery or another part of your bike.

Prevent theft: the bright yellow sticker deters thieves and marks your bike as protected.

Scan function in case of theft: report it in your account. If someone scans the QR code, looks up your frame number, or checks the SafeTag ID, they instantly see that the bike is registered as stolen and can contact you. You automatically receive the location of the scan.
