Can you insure a bike without a frame number?+
No. With Klaverblad, it is not possible to take out a bike insurance without the frame number of your bike.
How much do you receive in the event of theft?+
In the first three years, you receive the full insured amount in the event of theft or total loss. After that, you receive a maximum percentage of the insured amount, which decreases as the bike gets older.
Does the bike insurance also apply abroad?+
Yes. The Klaverblad Bike Insurance covers damage to your bike throughout Europe.
How old can your bike be when you insure it?+
You can insure your bike if it is no older than one year when you take out the policy.
How do you report damage to your bike?+
You report the damage online via the 'overige schade' (other damage) claim form on klaverblad.nl, or by phone at 079 - 3 204 549. Klaverblad usually responds within one working day.
