Is there a deductible with the InShared Bike Insurance?+
No. InShared charges no deductible for damage and no deductible for theft, you pay 0 euro.
How much do you receive if your bike is stolen?+
In the first 3 years you receive 100% of the purchase amount (with the original purchase receipt). In year 4 that is 75%, in year 5 60%, and 50% thereafter.
Which lock should you use?+
Your bike must always be locked with an ART category 2 lock. If you use an electronic lock, it must also have the E+ designation.
Is your bike also insured abroad?+
Yes. With the InShared Bike Insurance you are insured worldwide against theft.
Is your e-bike battery included?+
Yes. The battery is insured against theft or attempted theft; other accessories are also included as standard.
