Do you want to transfer your bike to someone else? You can easily arrange that via your account.

Here's how to change owners:

  1. Start in your account: Go to your account and go to “Transfer bike”.
  2. Fill in the details: Select the correct bike and fill in the details of the new owner.
  3. Confirmation by email: Both you and the new owner will receive an email confirming the transfer.
  4. Transfer completed: Once you've both confirmed, the bike will automatically be transferred to the new owner's account. You will both receive confirmation of this.
