## Frequently asked questions

Do you get the replacement value of your bike back from ENRA in the event of theft? +

Yes, ENRA pays out 100% of the insured amount throughout the entire policy term, with no depreciation on the bike. The maximum policy term is 5 years; after that, the policy can be extended through your bicycle dealer following an appraisal.

What is your deductible with ENRA? +

There is no deductible for theft of the entire bike. For casco damage to a bike or e-bike, € 50 per claim applies, and for an e-cargo bike € 100 per claim.

Which lock should you use with ENRA? +

ENRA requires an ART-approved lock of at least 2 stars. For e-bikes and bikes from € 3,500, a second lock (at least 1 star ART) is mandatory.

What should you do after a bike theft with ENRA? +

File a police report and always include the brand, type and frame number of the stolen bike in the report. Then report the theft online via enra.nl/diefstal-of-schade-melden and submit a copy of the police report, the original keys and a copy of your policy.

How is the battery of your e-bike reimbursed by ENRA? +

The battery is included in the coverage. With Optimaal coverage, 0.75% depreciation per month applies to the battery; with Basis coverage, 1.5% per month.
